Cancellation & Refund Policy

To ensure sustainable operations and guide availability, Yanda Safaris & Tours maintains a strict cancellation policy:

1. Standard Cancellation Fees

• Cancellations 30+ days prior: 90% Refund (10% admin fee applies).
• Cancellations 14 - 30 days prior: 50% Refund.
• Cancellations less than 14 days prior: No Refund.
• No-Shows: No Refund will be issued for missed departures.

2. Force Majeure & Weather

If we cancel a tour due to extreme weather, safety risks, or vehicle malfunction, guests will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.

3. Refund Method

Refunds are initiated through PayFast and will be credited to the original bank card used for payment within 7 to 10 working days.
